Today is my birthday, and the age that I became at 12:00am is not one that will slip you by. Today I greeted thirty with a smile. The past thirty years of my life I have truly been blessed. I am so thankful for the moments of life I have gotten to experience; the joyful, sorrowful, exciting, hilarious, vivacious, loving, painful, plentiful, tender, enduring, blessed, tough, passionate, moments. And they are just that, moments. Life is so short and we can either waste it or embrace it. And as long as God has me on this earth, I will try to embrace it fully. So I will not scoff at the number thirty, but welcome it. Thankfully celebrating the moments I have had, and looking forward to what is to come.
