operation christmas

one of my favorite parts of christmas, is giving gifts, especially to those who i know will fully appreciate them.  operation christmas child is a ministry that helps provide christmas for those who might not normally have one.

its simple, take a shoebox, fill it with as many items for a boy or a girl that you can, including school supplies, toys, hard candy, and hygiene items.  i love how creative you can get with this part.

here is a picture of my  box and items.  i made my for a girl ages 5-9.

i still can't believe i was able to get everything in.

so consider making someone else's christmas day, and create your own shoebox full of happiness.
