Saturday, we had a Waroeng family outing to enjoy Thai food together.  Only it was raining, so we had an umbrella parade!

this was my first time drinking straight from a chilled coconut.  it had a pleasant nutty and sweet flavor to it.

and of  course delicious pad thai.  i know a couple of my readers just LOVE this dish.  i must say, i believe this is the best i have ever had.
